Storeys Badminton Club

Storeys Badminton Club is a friendly but competitive badminton club based at the University of Cumbria in Lancaster. We currently have four teams in the Lancaster, Morecambe and District Badminton League, ranging from Division 1 to Division 4. The league format includes both mixed and level doubles, and all clubs use feather shuttles.The league season runs from late September until March each year and home matches are played on a Wednesday.

 

Club nights are also held every Wednesday, which continue throughout the summer, with at least 1 court during the season and up to 4 during the summer. We also have a stong focus on the social aspect of the club, regularly organising social nights and going for a few drinks after matches.
