Eastnor Cricket Club
Eastnor Cricket Club is much more than just a cricket club it is a hub of activity and serves as the centre for a number of sporting and local social activities throughout the year. Following the successful planning, fundraising and building of the new Pavilion building which was completed in 2014 and opened by Ex England Ashes Winner Simon Jones MBE, Eastnor has a building the club are very proud of and is now serving the wider community.
New members both playing and social are warmly welcomed by the club and our fantastic ground set in the shadow of Eastnor Castle is a beautiful setting to play or watch some cricket and maybe enjoy a drink from the bar. For the more active member the club has a thriving youth cricket section run by fully qualified coaches and management team, last year almost 100 children of all ages took part in this section of the club and this year the target is to try and attract even more.
The senior cricket side of the club currently has two adult Saturday teams in the Worcester County League and also a Sunday friendly side providing plenty of opportunity for players of all abilities to enjoy a regular or occasional game. Eastnor are also proud to welcome many touring teams during the season and will also play host to Herefordshire Minor Counties in both T20 and 3 day championship matches as well as Herefordshire Over 50's team.
