Bolton Hot Wheels CC
Bolton Hot Wheels is a British Cycling Go-Ride Club that provides coaching and opportunities for riders aged 5-16 years to learn and train in a fun and friendly atmosphere at the Bolton Arena in Horwich. The Club was established in 2006 and has gone from strength to strength. The founding members of the Club, Rod Bradshaw, Janet Darwell, Alan Stubbs and Colin Greenhalgh have dedicated many hours of volunteering over the years and are still heavily involved in every aspect of Bolton Hot Wheels.
Hot Wheels currently has approximately 200 members of all ages with approximately 30 riders per week attending Saturday morning sessions. The Club is keen to promote the social side of cycling and encourage all the family to take part in social rides, while also having a strong racing scene. In competitions, our riders have achieved success in many cycling disciplines. Bolton Hot Wheels has Clubmark accreditation. Our coaches are checked, insured and are British Cycling Qualified Volunteer Coaches.
